Ah...it was wonderful to be able to make my salad with out craning my neck to see the tv and the latest news.
I know not everyone is as addicted to the news as I am, but oh this was great.
And the salad was wonderful as well...only drawback, since I am farther out than I would be if the tile were down, the down draft from the ceiling fan caused my parmesan to try to migrate as I grated it onto the bread.
But I found that leaning far far forward mitigated that issue.
